Christmas time is here, which means it’s the season of celebration, reflection, and very good desserts. This little cheesecake is just a small thank-you for a team that somehow manages to be wildly diverse, deeply talented, and fun to be around every single day. From strategy to code to creativity (and a fair amount of laughter), this team keeps things moving—and keeps me on my toes!

Family man first, leader always, and yes—a very good developer. He leads with humility, steadiness, and just enough confidence. He’s a keeper.
Six months ago, each of you were in different places—across the ministry, across the metroplex, and some even farther. But the Lord saw fit to bring this group together, and what a masterpiece He’s created. This team is brilliant, eclectic, and full of potential.
I’m deeply grateful for your enthusiasm, your willingness to grow, and the way you show up as this team solidifies and takes on new initiatives every day. I’m looking forward to watching this team thrive—and yes, to creating plenty of memories along the way (the good kind… and maybe a few funny ones).
